New News

New add on players: Please check the list below for the items you need to complete.
Practice will begin as soon as school season is complete. We will send out schedules the week prior.
There are still many players on every team that need to upgrade or purchase their membership. Click the link below to upgrade.
If you are not receiving notifications for newsletters etc. please read below how to change your settings. Once practice begins and the season kicks off we will be pushing a lot of information this way.

New Players

If you have been recently added to a team, please see the check list below on items needed to be completed. If you have questions please let us know.

Club Dues - Please visit www.beaufortelite.org/registration and choose a payment plan that will work for you. If you already have our app, you can click on the registration tab to pay as well.
Membership - Please click on the link below ( under the membership section) and upgrade or purchase a new membership. If this is your first time playing club, you will need to create an account. It is important you use the link below so that you will be attached to our club.
Download our app. (instructions are below)
Join your players team page to stay up to date on all information (links below)
Make sure notifications are turned on for the app. (instructions below)

Membership

There are still MANY players on each team that have not upgraded their memberships. This needs to be done before practice begins. All coaches have a list of who has completed or not. You can also email Lesliewebb@beaufortelite.org for membership questions.

All tryout memberships will need to be upgraded to the full membership. Please make sure to use the same email that you used when you purchased the tryout membership. Please click the link below to upgrade and accept your position.

USAV Academy

If you have already purchased your membership for this season, you will need to complete the yearly trainings with USAV. You can find a list of trainings on our website along with instructions. I have noticed that this year they have added a USAV Academy link on the homepage of the sports engine account to make it easier to find. Hope this helps. If you have questions please reach out to your coach or contact the club.

- Updates and reminders (General)
- Subscribe to blog posts
- Invoices issued (for reminders about upcoming payments)

choose how you want to receive your notifications (email or push)

Mobile App

We will be using a mobile app for communication this season.

Team Pages

You will be able to connect with your coaches and other players this season using team pages in our app and website. Your team page will be the place to receive all updates, schedules, direct messages, etc throughout the season. Make sure to have your notifications turned on for the app during the season.

Make sure that at least one parent/guardian and the player if they have a phone) are in this team page.
