Parent/Guardian Meeting
There will be a mandatory parent meeting August 25, 2024 @Robert Smalls Gym -1PM
ALL travel team athletes and a 1 parent/guardian are required to attend.
Club Dues
Your first payment will be due by, September 1, 2024
There are different payment plans you can choose from. Please read through them carefully and choose the one thats best for you. *For a limited time, if you pay in full now between August 25, 2024 you will get $100 off of your club dues. Make sure to click on the limited plan to receive this offer. ALL first payments are due by end of day September 1, 2024. If you do not make a payment by this date, your players jersey will NOT be ordered with the club order and you will be responsible for any additional costs to order separately.

When making the first payment, you will be asked to read and sign the Athlete-Parent/Guardian Contract and Medical waiver for 2024-2025 season. If you would like a copy of this contract, please visit www.beaufortelite.org/forms click the Athlete-Parent/Guardian Handbook 2024-2025 and you can download and print the PDF copy.
Please visit our website to make a payment. The day you make your first payment on will be the same day your future payments will be drafted on. (Ex. If you make a payment on August 20th, all of your other payments will be drafted from your account on the 20th of each month.)

Membership
All tryout memberships will need to be upgraded to the full membership. Please make sure to use the same email that you used when you purchased the tryout membership. You may click the link below to upgrade.

We will be using a mobile app for communication this season.

Team Pages
You will be able to connect with your coaches and other players this season using team pages in our app and website. Your team page will be the place to receive all updates, schedules, direct messages, etc throughout the season. Make sure to have your notifications turned on for the app during the season.
Make sure that at least one parent/guardian and the player if they have a phone) are in this team page.
