We have confirmed our participation in the PM wave at the Apex VBC in North Charleston this weekend. The schedule for this weekend can be accessed on AES. Below, I have provided the schedule for this weekend. We are guaranteed three matches and a work game on Saturday, with scheduled matches at 3:00pm and 4:00pm, and a work assignment at 5:00pm. The outcome of our first two matches will determine our third match of the night, which will be either at 6:30pm or 7:30pm. Parents and players, please review the rules and expectations outlined in the Beaufort Elite Volleyball Club Parents and Players contract. All players and Parents should have verified and signed the contract. Please make sure we are abiding by the rules and expectations that are set in place when we are at these tournaments. BEVC always strive to demonstrates good sportsmanship, positive attitudes and integrity. Please let not change what we are known for. Also, as a reminder, please arrive at least an hour prior to the scheduled start time for each tournament to ensure preparedness.
Additionally, I kindly request parental assistance in preparing treat bags for the athletes, which can include a variety of snacks, such as candies, cookies, granola bars, fruits, and sandwiches, as well as sport drinks or water. These treat bags will help minimize expenses at the concession stands at the tournament.
